SPORTING ACTIVITIES
It was another busy period of sport for Peterhouse Girls, with our girls competing across table tennis, tennis, water polo, volleyball and archery. There were some excellent team and individual performances, including podium finishes and individual recognition.
Table Tennis
vs Gateway School
Peterhouse Girls faced Gateway School in table tennis, with Gateway taking the fixture 4–2.
Tennis
Melbury Cup – Chisipite Senior School
Peterhouse Girls competed in both the A and B Divisions of the Melbury Cup at Chisipite Senior School.
A Division
Peterhouse Girls A finished 4th overall.
B Division
Peterhouse Girls B finished 3rd overall.
Congratulations to both teams on their performances at the tournament.
C League vs Westridge School
It was an excellent set of results for our C League teams against Westridge, with Peterhouse Girls recording a clean sweep across all four age groups.

Water Polo
Players Trophy – Chisipite Senior School
The Peterhouse Girls 1st Team competed at the Players Trophy at Chisipite Senior School.

Despite a challenging tournament, the competition provided valuable match experience against strong opposition.
Volleyball
U20 ATS Volleyball Tournament
Peterhouse Girls produced an excellent performance at the U20 ATS Volleyball Tournament, progressing through to the semi-finals before securing 3rd place overall out of 10 schools.

The girls responded superbly in the 3rd/4th place playoff, defeating St George’s to secure a well-deserved bronze-medal finish.
Congratulations also to Taylor Mudzinganyama, who received the individual award for Best Outside Hitter.
Archery
Interschools – Peterhouse Boys
Peterhouse Girls competed at the Interschools Archery competition hosted at Peterhouse Boys.
Peterhouse Girls A finished 6th overall, while Peterhouse Girls B placed 12th overall.
Congratulations also to Chikondi Chilimbe, who produced an excellent individual performance to finish 5th overall in the individual competition.
Well done to all our archers on representing Peterhouse Girls with pride.
