Admission into D Block is dependent upon the following:

• Completed online application form & registration fee of $50.
• Satisfactory performance in the CHISZ Common Entrance examination (written on the first Saturday in July of the applicant’s Grade 7 year);
• A satisfactory report from the Head of the applicant’s junior school.
• An interview with the Rector/Headmistress.
  
  The application deadline is strictly 30 April in the applicant’s Grade 7 year. Applications will, therefore, not be considered further for entry into D Block after the deadline.

Admission into C, B and A Block is dependent upon:

• Satisfactory performance in the CHISZ Common Entrance examination (written on the first Saturday in July of the applicant’s Grade 7 year); and
• A satisfactory report from the Head of the applicant’s current junior school.
• An interview with the Rector/Headmistress.

Admission into Vth or VIth Form is dependent upon:

• Satisfactory performance at IGCSE/O’Level (the applicant should have at least 6 B grades at IGCSE level and must have passes in English and Maths)
• A satisfactory report from the Head of the applicant’s current school.
• An interview with the Rector/Headmistress.
• Admission is contingent on the availability of the desired subject combination.
• Once a pupil is enrolled, the selected subject choices cannot be changed.

The Peterhouse Group continually improves its facilities in an attempt to better serve the education system in Zimbabwe. To this end, a scheme has been introduced for interested corporates/parents to assist in these developments by purchasing Development Places in any of the Group’s three schools. There are a limited number of Development Places available and the criteria listed in the points above will need to be met. Interested parties should contact Mr Mark Whitaker, Business Director, on bd@peterhouse.co.zw. Please note that the option to purchase a Development Place must be taken up and payment must be made before the writing of the Entrance Exam

Once the application has been approved a non-refundable Entry Fee equivalent to one term’s fees is required to secure the applicant’s place at Peterhouse. This fee is payable over 12 months if need be. 

Reductions to the Entry Fee are awarded for:

1. Applicants from Springvale House;
2. Applicants from Ruzawi School;
3. Siblings of pupils already within the Peterhouse Group; 
4. Applicants for Form 2 and above.
