The Group consists of a family of 4 schools including Peterhouse Boys, Peterhouse girls, Springvale and Peterhouse Nursery.
Set just outside the quaint farming town of Marondera, on a 1060 hectare estate, with 96 hectares of pristine fields and gardens, Peterhouse has built its reputation on producing young men and women with courage, integrity and the highest levels of education.
The campuses are nestled between two conservation areas, Calderwood and Gosho Parks. The schools are spread out on two estates adjacent to the main road between Harare and Mutare.

The Peterhouse Group is led by the Rector, Mr Jon Trafford. This is coupled with his responsibility for the day-to-day management of Peterhouse Boys. Peterhouse Girls is led by its Headmistress, Mrs Claire Hough and Preparatory School, Springvale House, is led by its Headmaster, Mr Paul Martin.
The Rector and the Heads of Peterhouse Girls and Springvale House are all members of the Conference of Heads of Independent Schools in Zimbabwe (CHISZ) and the Rector is an overseas member of The Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference (HMC) which represents the top 350 independent schools in the UK and across the globe.
Peterhouse Boys provides an inclusive boarding environment for 450 boys from Form 1 to Form VI, Peterhouse Girls and Springvale House (Grade 1 to Grade 7) on their equally impressive campuses, catering for 440 girls and 200 preparatory school children respectively
