NIAA – Literary and Visual Arts Competitions

The results for the 2025 National Institute of Allied Arts (NIAA) Literary and Visual Arts Competitions are in.
Congratulations to all the girls for their wonderful achievements!

Literary Arts

In the Literary Arts Festival, three girls were entered, and two received Second Grades.
A special congratulations to Tatenderwa Chaduka, who achieved a First Grade for her outstanding work.


Visual Arts

In the Visual Arts Festival, ten Peterhouse Girls’ art pieces were submitted.
The results included one Commended Grade, and a remarkable Honours Grade awarded to Acacia Orphanides, who achieved 100% for her art piece.


Shona Club – Cooking Day

The Shona Club Cooking Day was a joyful and vibrant event, filled with laughter and teamwork.
The girls prepared a variety of traditional Zimbabwean dishes, showing determination as they cooked in the heat of the fire.

Their culinary skills and creativity shone through as they helped one another and shared new preparation methods.
The highlight of the day was sitting together to enjoy their delicious creations — plates brimming with flavour and pride.
