A Week of Sporting Excellence at Peterhouse Boys

It was another outstanding week of sport for Peterhouse Boys, with teams competing across rugby, hockey, and soccer. The week was highlighted by an excellent rugby performance against Falcon College, a dominant set of hockey results against Prince Edward, and several encouraging soccer performances across the age groups.

In other chess news, Mr Chibowora attended the Zimbabwe Chess Federation Arbiters Workshop in May, concluding with a challenging examination.

He was the best-performing candidate, attaining 95%, earning him the title and position of National Arbiter.

Congratulations to Mr Chibowora for his success and for raising the Peterhouse flag high.

Competing with only three boys instead of four, Leonard Bore, Blessing Chakumhara, and Zviito Nhemachena fought hard against full teams and still managed to secure an impressive 2nd place out of 16 teams.

Peterhouse Boys placed 2nd out of 17 schools, largely due to the juniors’ determination and resilience.
