The Learner Hunter Guide course is a highly respected and valuable qualification administered and examined jointly by National Parks and the Zimbabwe Hunter’s Association.  This course provides a comprehensive education in wildlife management, eco-tourism, and the responsible practice of hunting in Southern Africa.

The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including:
Wildlife biology and ecology
Habitat conservation and management
Ethical hunting practices and regulations
Safari guiding and client relations
First aid and wilderness survival skills
Firearm safety and marksmanship
Upon successful completion of both the theoretical and practical assessments, students earn a Learner Hunter Guide certification that is recognized throughout the safari industry in countries like Zimbabwe, Namibia, and South Africa.

As there are a lot of external activities, there are added expenses to this course, and also some normal school time missed, meaning that work must be caught up.
