PHG was proudly represented by seven pupils who presented four innovative projects:

  • Lorraine Njaravaza: Mini-Automated Greenhouse
  • Thandeka Takawira, Fadzisayi Mushininga & Kimberley Guzha: Smart Aromatherapy

Awards and Achievements

  • Nicole Tandawa – Silver Medal for research on plastic decomposition
  • Maxine Gotora & Nicole Lufeli – Qualified for the International Mathematics, Science & Engineering Fair (IMSEF), June 2026
  • Thandeka Takawira, Fadzisayi Mushininga & Kimberley Guzha – Selected for the Belt and Road Teenager Maker Camp in Chengdu, August 2026

Additionally, Mrs Satumba received the Research Teacher of the Year Award in recognition of her outstanding dedication to mentoring young scientists and inspiring excellence in scientific research.
