The Peterhouse Athletics Team competed in the Peterhouse Invitational Relays this past weekend against a strong field of schools.

2nd – Peterhouse Boys – 130 points

A special congratulations to the Peterhouse athletes for finishing 2nd overall, demonstrating excellent teamwork and determination throughout the day.

NASH Provincial Athletics

Each House fielded four players, with each player completing nine holes for a combined team score.

Rowing – SA Junior Championships Tour

A squad of 13 Peterhouse rowers travelled to compete in the South African Junior Championships, facing challenging weather conditions including heavy rain and strong winds.

Despite this, the team produced outstanding performances and represented Peterhouse with pride.

With up to 46 boats in some events, reaching the semi-finals or finals placed our rowers among the top 16 or top 8 competitors in Southern Africa.

On 5–6 March, Peterhouse Group of Schools hosted the NIAA Festival, showcasing musical performances in both African and Western music.

Peterhouse Boys achieved:

  • 12 Distinctions (85–89%)
  • 8 Commended Performances (80–84%)

We look forward to the results of the choir and senior performances in Harare in the coming weeks.


Zimbabwe Model United Nations

5–7 March | HIS

The MUN Club attended the Zimbabwe Model United Nations Conference, where over 200 delegates debated global issues under the theme:

“Taking Accountability for Global Stability: Assuming Responsibility for Global Action to Create a Stable and Sustainable Future.”
